Delicious. The black forest cake isn't chocolate cake which makes it amazing!! It had been years since I had been, but it was as good as I remember. I ordered ahead, so pick up was a breeze!
Black Forest Cake is the best cake ever and it's been my favorite cake for over 20 years now.
We love this place. Staple for every celebration and holiday! They are no-nonsense and I love it. I do miss their food but glad we can still enjoy all the pastries and cakes!
I have heard great things about Swiss Pastry Shop and they did not disappoint. The pastry cases were stocked with so many different types of sweet and savory pastries that it was hard to choose what was going to come home with me. Thankfully, the employees were super friendly and happy to give recommendations. The pricing is very reasonable and I left with 4 pastries for under $10. Everything I've sampled so far has been delicious and I'm looking forward to trying the other items. Parking is super easy with plenty of spots out front. I'll be back again for sure!
A neighborhood gem, what a great selection of baked goods.Ther are a few tables but you order at front and then take care of yourself. Staff is very friendly and efficient. The bear claws and pecan rolls, wow--more than worth the price of admission. The shop is in a strip shopping center with plenty of parking. Get there early on Saturdays for best selection
Go early so you have a better selection. Wonderful baked pastries. I stopped here every time I come into town. Ignore the comments about the service. It may not be the best and you really can't eat there. Just pick up place. Just go and get it. It's worth the trip.
Delicious baked good as usual! I was just a tad bit disappointed that they didn't have the flavor cookie I was going for so I opted for a chocolate cupcake instead and could only eat too bites because of how rich and decadent it was! I let my daughter have the rest and she devoured it!
There is plenty of parking in this little strip mall. There are an overwhelming amount of pastry choices! I went with the choice that put them on the map and that they have available in pre-cut slices: the German Black Forest Cake. It is surprisingly gluten-free. It was tasty but missing the moist cake texture that I love (hence the gluten-free). Most of their cakes are sold as cakes and not slices. If you're in the area, this is a fun pastry shop to visit. They have a seating area inside if you don't want to take your treats to go.
